These results will help determine immediate impacts and a long-term plan TFCG calls the "Fenceline to Success" that will be developed for your company. TFCG evaluates five key areas of your organization including- Leadership/Management, Sales/Marketing, Accounting/Financials, Operations/Workflow, and Installation/Production. Through these interviews and evaluations, we can deliver a plan to maximize operational efficiencies and company success.
The 6X Gold Program provides a written review with follow-up accountability calls every 60 days to ensure focus and operational improvements are occurring.
